The Origin
From Service to Structures
S&M Construction was founded by Mike — a veteran who carried the discipline, integrity and work ethic of military service into a new mission: building structures Cleveland, Tennessee families can rely on for generations.
What started with a handful of custom sheds has grown into a full-service construction company building barns, additions, decks, new homes and commercial spaces — all with the same hands-on care that defined our first project.
Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional craftsmanship with transparent communication, fair pricing, and a genuine respect for every client and every property we touch.
